Erica Marie Holman was My Beautiful Daughter that
killed on March 18, 2003. I miss her so much it
hurt me emotinally and phyically. I want every one
to know just what a special Daughter she was to me.
She was caring and loving Mother of Mya . She loved
life and lived it to the fullest. She was very kind and loving ,
I miss her so much not a day goes by that I don't think of her
She was truly a beautiful blessing in my life.
Footsteps of Angels

When your heart climbs a mountain,
And your soul finds a sweet peace.
Then you hear footsteps of angels,
You're heart beat is increased.
When Your eyes see what you have been,
And changes now and then.
You have heard footsteps of angels,
As you begin to grin.
Your heart melts at the site of a blind child,
Bending down, giving him a hand.
You feel a lift from heaven,
And join in with their band.
When the sea calls your name,
As you stare out over it's shore.
Admiring it's beauty and knowing what it is for,
It is really angels at your heart's outside door.
When life you give for all you care,
And time for you is late.
Just listen for angels footsteps,
They will carry you to heaven's gate.

I hope its a brighter day tomorrow,
I lay here crying at night,
Afraid to turn out my light.
Watching from my window,
As strangers watch my tears flow,
They dont know what i feel inside,
They dont know that my loved one died.
If they did would they stop awhile,
And just try to make my frown a smile,
Or would they simply walk on by,
As if they never seen me cry.
Alls i need is just a friend,
Someone who i can depend,
Who when i cry wont run away,
But stick by me from day to day.

Dear lord before i sleep tonight,
I need a few answers please,
Ive asked so many times before,
But this time im begging on my knees.
Why did you take my loved ones away,
I just need to understand,
Are they all happy up there,
Walking in your land.
Do they know who i am,
And can they still see me,
Is there really life after death,
And are they flying free.
Lord alls i want is just one hug,
just one last little kiss,
To let them know that i still care,

A True Friend
True friends can be like diamonds, very hard to find.
But when you do, please treasure them, they're a special kind.
You may not realise at first, the value of what you've found.
They're the type of person that in your life, you'll always want around.
That friend can make you laugh, and may ever cause a tear.
Especially if what is said is, not what you want to hear.
Deep down you know the reason, it's because they really care.
They saw you in a tough spot, and didn't want to leave you there.
That friend was there to help you up, and guide you on your way.
They've given you some knowledge, so you can pass it on some day.
It is like they're on a mission, but you must never know.
To keep them would be selfish; you have to let them go.
Just the idea of doing so, it hurts so very much.
Someone else in life one day may need their special touch.
That friend may stay with you, or sadly move away.
Sometime during a friendship, you may have to face that day.
It may well only be a mile or, they may well travel afar.
Distance is no object, because a true friend is what you are
